From our ‘random topics’ episode of last week to something a little bit more organised – a packed show with a live report from WonderCon 2018, being held at the Anaheim Convention Center this weekend, as The Hall H Show‘s Aaron Nabus joins us to give us a brief check-in, letting us know his impressions for the show – maybe if you find him live, he’ll give you a hug and let you have your thoughts, too!

Then, from one end of the scale to the other, we’re joined by Tripwire Magazine‘s Joel Meadows who is one of the masterminds behind inaugural show Portsmouth Comic Con, taking place in the first weekend of May. This is an ambitious, comics-led event with some truly remarkable guests, such as Walter and Louise Simonson, Tommy Lee Edwards, Rafael Albuquerque, Frank Quitely and Image Comics’ Eric Stephenson, and we look forward to speaking to Joel about what it’s taken to put this event together.

That, and Leonard and Alyssa will be diving into the rest of the weeks con culture, pop culture, and nerdy news of the past seven days… we hope you can join us.
