Below is an FAQ regarding our Comic Con Exclusives being offered at this years San Diego Comic Con 2017. We may update this page in the future as we receive additional questions.
We will be reviewing all orders and in the event of duplicates or cancellations, we may have a small amount of inventory that becomes available for pre-order for pickup at our booth SDCC.

CAN I STILL BUY THE KIDROBOT CONVENTION EXCLUSIVES AT THE KIDROBOT SDCC BOOTH?
Yes. We will have a limited quantity available only for sale at our SDCC booth #5645 during the show.
HOW DO I PICK-UP AT THE SDCC BOOTH IF I PRE-ORDERED ON KIDROBOT.COM?
You must have an SDCC 2017 badge to pickup the Kidrobot Convention Exclusives at our booth. Order number, valid ID and badge must be presented at pick-up. Name on ID and badge must match. You MUST pick-up your purchase on the day you selected for pick-up during the original transaction.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY OF EACH EXCLUSIVE I CAN PRE-ORDER?
Yes. The limit is two of each item per person. This will be verified by presenting your order number and your ID that matches the name on your SDCC badge.
IF I PLACE AN ORDER FOR ONE OF THE EXCLUSIVES, CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FOR THE OTHER EXCLUSIVES?
Yes, so long as you keep within the two-item limit.
WHY DO I HAVE TO SELECT A DATE/TIME FOR PICK-UP?
We will have product delivered to our booth each day. This will help us allocate the correct quantities of product for each day.
CAN YOU SHIP MY PRE-ORDER TO ME?
No. Pre-orders can only be picked up at SDCC 2017.
CAN I PLACE A PRE-ORDER FOR SDCC PICK-UP IF I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
No. Pre-order is not available outside the United States.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR PLACING MY PRE-ORDER?
You will be charged immediately when you place the pre-order.
WILL I GET KIDROBOT.COM LOYALTY POINTS FOR THE PRE-ORDERS?
No. Loyalty points are only available to orders placed on Kidrobot.com for main line product.
CAN I USE A KIDROBOT.COM DISCOUNT CODE ON THIS PURCHASE?
No. Discount codes are only applicable to orders placed on Kidrobot.com for main line product.
CAN I USE A KIDROBOT.COM GIFT CARD ON THIS PURCHASE?
No. Gift Cards are only applicable to orders placed on Kidrobot.com for main line product.
CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?
No. There are no cancellations.
FAQS – PICKING UP AT SDCC
IF I HAVE AN EMERGENCY, CAN I PICK UP EARLIER OR LATER THAN WHAT I PUT IN MY PRE-ORDER?
In the event of an emergency, please contact Kidrobot at email@example.com within 24 hours of your new pickup time to preserve your reservation.
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY PRE-ORDER?
Kidrobot Booth #5645 at SDCC 2017.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP MY ORDER FOR ME?
The name on the order must match the name on the SDCC attendee badge and the ID you present at our booth. You will have to place the order using the name of the person picking up the order. Name on the order must match the person picking the order up. This will be verified by presenting your order number and the ID that matches the name on your SDCC badge.
WHAT DO I NEED TO SHOW TO PICK UP MY PRE-ORDER?
You must present the following:
- Your SDCC badge.
- Your valid ID.
- Your order number for your order, matching the name on your ID and SDCC attendee badge.
