Home Con News DCC 2018: A native San Diegan in Colorado – A First Hand...

Mike McLarty continues his coverage of this weekend’s Denver Comic Con in his second installment, DCC Cosplay. (First installment can be found here)

No pop culture convention can be fully realized without the presence of Cosplayers. Denver can stand proud in it’s wide offerings of creative Cosplay.

Some plan for months, settling for nothing but the best handmade outfit possible. Others take a piecemeal approach and cobble together something creative with an assortment of already manufactured components. Still others head to their local Party City and get a leftover Halloween costume.

For my money, the best Cosplay examples are from the children who don a cape and a domino mask to reflect the hopeful heroes of the next Comic Con generation.
